* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, segment marketing, or a related field, ideally within the property insurance or related industries.

Proven experience running targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* ** Strong Communication & Storytelling**:
Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audience segments.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
* ** Technical Proficiency**:
Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline marketing processes, track performance, and enhance audience engagement.

Understanding of property insurance — underwriting, claims, or technology workflow platforms is a plus.
