About the role:
Own profitable customer acquisition.
Turn paid media into a predictable, scalable engine that increases new customers, improves MER, and supports aggressive company growth.
If performance drops → you own the fix.
If we scale → you helped build the system.
What You Will Own:
MER
CAC / CPA
New customer growth
Contribution from paid channels
Paid Media
Hands-on execution for meta Meta and Tiktok.
You can personally enter accounts, launch, optimize, scale.
Testing Engine:
Build and run a high-velocity experimentation culture:
new hooks
creative iteration
offer testing
Forecasting & Planning
spend plans
revenue forecasts
Systems & Infrastructure
You will build:
reporting frameworks
optimization playbooks
scaling logic
communication rhythms
So growth becomes repeatable, not chaotic.

Who You Are
You are a hybrid of operator and leader. You like dashboards and action.
You probably started as a media buyer and grew into strategy.
You understand the whole funnel
You hate waiting.
Must Have
✔ deep experience scaling paid social
✔ strong understanding of funnels
✔ experience in DTC e-commerce
✔ ability to translate data → action
✔ proactive, not reactive

⭐ worked in $10–25M brands
