Do you have experience in an agency environment managing omnichannel shopper campaigns, branding, design, and 360° campaigns? Are you passionate about brands and communications, particularly within the food and beverage space?

We are looking for a curious and trend-savvy Account Supervisor, Shopper Marketing to manage large accounts and unlock the full potential of our clients.

Reporting into a Group Account Director, the Account Supervisor, Shopper Marketing is a key resource for our clients on design and branding projects and the agency on a day-to-day basis. This person must maintain trusting relationships with various departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally. The Supervisor is also responsible for identifying our clients' business issues, establishing their strategic directions, staying updated on market realities and trends, and appropriately sharing relevant information with the team.

You are curious and interested in the industry trends, with experience in food and retail. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, love planning and organizing projects according to priorities, and are dynamic, committed to contributing to the growth of the agency and the multidisciplinary teams around you.

Role and responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze mandates/briefs based on clients' business objectives
  • Identify business opportunities within your client group
  • Plan the overall budget and ensure control
  • Ensure the quality of content, deliverables, and projects
  • Communicate assignment requirements to internal and external agency teams and ensure synergy among them
  • Lead meetings with clients and actively engage in communications and interactions regarding their projects
  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients
  • Understand clients' needs and manage their expectations
  • Determine the resources necessary for project execution
  • Evaluate and resolve issues that arise along the way
  • Supervise project progress and follow up on results; ensure the quality of the agency's work at all stages of a project, up to final delivery
  • Actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of agency tools and processes
  • Use internal management tools (talent assignment, project management, financial management) effectively and diligently
Desired profile
  • Experience developing omni-channel plans that include implementing e-commerce strategy with CPG client is an asset (retailer platforms, , digital programmatic).
  • Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit

Required skills
  • You bring a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment, with proven shopper marketing experience and knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related and relevant discipline.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
    French is an asset.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in packaging and branding project management.
  • Experience in the entertainment, alcohol, and/or food industries is a plus.
