With 3 (soon to be 4!) locations in the GTA, and one location in Alberta, we are growing quickly and looking for talented individuals who are eager to work with great people and bring care and quality back to the takeout experience.
The RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. This junior role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, storytelling, and design, and eager to grow their skills in a fast‑paced, food‑focused environment.
Reporting to the Food Hall Marketing Manager, you’ll support day‑to‑day content creation across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
, helping bring Kitchen Hub’s brands, partners, and food halls to life through engaging copy, visuals, and short‑form video. This is a hybrid role that includes regular in‑office collaboration and occasional travel between Kitchen Hub locations to capture content.
- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In, including captions, stories, reels, and short‑form videos
- Write clear, engaging, on‑brand copy tailored to each platform and audience
- Design graphics and visual assets for social media and marketing materials where needed
- Capture on‑site content (photo and video) at Kitchen Hub food halls, events, and partner activations
- Support content planning by helping maintain content calendars and organizing assets
- Collaborate with the Food Hall Marketing Manager and internal teams to support campaigns, launches, and events
- Monitor social channels for comments and messages and flag opportunities or trends
- Assist with basic reporting on content performance and social engagement
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field (internship experience welcome)
- Strong writing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and brand voice
- Familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In, and an understanding of platform‑specific best practices
- Basic graphic design skills and experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Comfortable capturing content on a phone and/or camera and editing short‑form video
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Interest in food, hospitality, and local communities is a big plus
- Willingness to work in‑office as part of a hybrid schedule and travel between Kitchen Hub locations as needed

Salary ExpectationsThis role is a salaried, full‑time position. The salary for this position is between $50,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience.
