Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager or Brand Manager to take ownership of key client accounts. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring execution of client deliverables, and acting as the liaison between the end‑consumer and our internal team. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and experience in experiential or guerilla marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
  • Manage Key client accounts, ensuring all campaign deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the end‑consumers and brand ambassadors, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Introduce leading edge systems and knowledge you’ve learned from prior experience.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20 – 50 ambassadors.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team meets performance goals.
  • Strategic Contribution:
  • Analyze performance data to refine and optimize client strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
Qualifications
  • 1 – 2+ years experience as an Account Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role, ideally in a marketing or growth‑focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic software and other tools for managing internal teams and clients (Asana, Slack, Excel, etc.).
  • A results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus
