Description
This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely from Canada or USA.
The Marketing Director will own Vena’s product marketing strategy and new acquisition engine. This role is critical in shaping how we position, message, launch and scale our products while also ensuring successful marketing integration and growth of our expanding portfolio. You will own product marketing and go-to-market strategy while partnering closely with Demand Generation and Revenue teams to drive pipeline and adoption.
Reporting to the CMEO, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Revenue Enablement to ensure Vena’s product narrative is compelling, consistent, and effective in market.
How You'll Make an Impact
Work closely with executive leadership, operations and revenue management to ensure strategic alignment across departments
Own and lead the product marketing and GTM strategy across platforms
Define and evolve product positioning, messaging and value propositions that resonate with finance and operations leaders and reinforce Vena’s leadership in intelligent planning
Partner with Product Management to translate product capabilities and customer insights into clear, outcome-oriented messaging
Collaborate on product launches, feature releases and lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and retention
Lead the marketing integration of platforms including narrative alignment, messaging strategy, GTM planning and execution
Use data and insights to measure GTM and growth performance, identify optimization opportunities
Drive experimentation with AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency, personalization and speed to market
Contribute to broader marketing leadership, including planning, budgeting and forecasting
We'd Love to See
8+ years of experience in SaaS marketing including experience marketing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, CPM, Power
BI and analytics or planning platforms
Strong ability to translate complex, technical products into clear and compelling customer value
Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Sales, Revenue leadership
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience owning pipeline, growth and performance metrics
Excellent executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder influence skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling and evolving SaaS environment
Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
Base salary range: 157, CAD
Base salary range: 196, USD
