Enter into the storied world of Fairmont Royal York, where timeless elegance meets modern energy. We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to ensure our marketing campaigns launch flawlessly, systems stay organized, and our stories reach the world with precision and impact.
As we approach our centennial celebration, you'll be the force behind the scenes that make special happen. From coordinating content shoots across our iconic hotel and three distinctive venues (REIGN Restaurant, CLOCKWORK Champagne & Cocktails, and Library Bar) to managing our marketing calendar and keeping our brand assets organized, you'll ensure every detail is executed with precision.

Campaign Coordination & Project Management- Own the marketing calendar across hotel and all venues
- Coordinate campaign execution from brief through launch
- Manage vendor and agency relationships
- Track deliverables, manage timelines, and flag blockers
- Coordinate cross‑functional touchpoints with F&B, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations
- Coordinate content creation: photoshoots, videography, reels, storytelling sessions
- Manage asset libraries, photo archives, brand‑approved visuals, and content folders
- Assist with website CMS updates (offers, menus, experiences) and ensure accuracy on all digital channels
- Support social media scheduling, community engagement, and insights reporting
- Build monthly email campaigns from strategy and copy provided by Digital Marketing Manager
- Resize and optimize assets for digital placements when needed
- Provide monthly marketing performance reporting and campaign analytics
- Manage colleague marketing communications and internal memos
- Compile monthly marketing performance reports and campaign wrap analytics
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and action item tracking
- Support special projects for Executive Director:
Hotel Sales and Area Director of Marketing & Communication
- 2‑3 years in marketing operations, digital marketing, content coordination, or related marketing roles
- Experience coordinating content shoots, managing vendors, and working with creative partners
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with marketing technology platforms (project management software, DAM systems, CMS, email platforms, social media scheduling tools)
- Budget tracking and vendor management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
