As part of Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Planning team operates in a Flexible Hybrid return to office model.

** Reporting to the Senior Manager the Manager, TD Insurance, Marketing Planning, Shop Demand acts as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty or a resource for others, leading projects and contributing to the development and execution of marketing plans and programs by designing and delivering marketing solutions consistent with TD Insurance's marketing standards and strategies.
The Marketing Planning team collaborates with our business partners and Marketing experts to design world class marketing strategies, and campaigns that drive shareholder value and customer loyalty. Our team acts as consultants on all aspects of marketing, influencing the business strategy, while ensuring TD Insurance brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.
The Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning will drive demand and brand preference for TD General Insurance (home & auto insurance) by leading mass campaigns, focusing on organic search opportunities across Canada, with additional focus on Quebec, and other strategic initiatives. With a strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture, you’ll balance innovative thinking with clear priorities that move the business forward.
You’ll be passionate about bringing forward fresh perspectives, adapting as strategies evolve and demonstrating the value of marketing through results. Experience working in agile is an asset.
* Marketing Strategies and Plans: Understand market and growth drivers, contribute to a vision of market, channel, and audience potential, help to develop value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage, and translate business strategies into marketing plans.
* Lead the SEO/Content Strategy for Rest of Canada and Quebec:
Be well versed in SEO and content strategy to elevate our online presence, identify growth opportunities, develop high-impact plans, and use search insights to attract and convert the right audience.
* Deliver and Monitor Results:
Ensure stated objectives are delivered on plan and analyzes past results and makes recommendations to maximize ROI. Evaluate effectiveness of in-market activity and effectively communicate the results
