Who We Need

Nomis is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. This role acts as a crucial bridge between sales, product, and marketing—translating deep product knowledge into compelling stories that resonate with financial institutions facing complex pricing challenges. What You Will Do Drive Demand and Build Brand
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create solution‑driven marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience of financial institution executives and pricing leaders
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to develop lead‑generating and brand‑building content that addresses real customer pain points
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners focused on demand generation and thought leadership content
  • Take charge of organizing key events, including industry conferences and Nomis‑hosted gatherings like our annual Client Advisory Board meeting
Optimize Marketing Operations
  • Design, implement, and document automated workflows in Hub Spot that drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Manage website and content assets in Word Press that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Ensure CRM processes are optimized for managing leads and opportunities effectively throughout the buyer journey
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns, content, and sales activities to optimize efforts and guide decision‑making
  • Translate insights into action—continuously testing, learning, and improving campaign performance
Enable Sales Success
  • Develop sales enablement materials that help our team articulate value and overcome objections
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to understand pipeline needs and create campaigns that fill gaps
