At MILLIONS, you’ll help brands launch sports influencer campaigns, sponsor interviews, activate athletes, amplify viral content, and advertise across one of the fastest-growing sports media ecosystems in North America.

MILLIONS is both:

• A sports influencer marketing platform helping brands work with athletes, creators, podcasts, and sports communities through social campaigns, talent bookings, branded content, viral share campaigns, sponsor ships, and advertising
• A sports media network with 500+ PPV events, thousands of interviews, streams, and content uploads every month

This role is for someone who wants to work in sports, media, creator marketing, and advertising sales.

We generate thousands of leads every month from:

• Content Marketing
• Product/Platform & Media Growth

We literally cannot keep up with lead volume.

You’ll work directly with businesses looking to:

• Promote products through athletes and sports creators
• Sponsor sports interviews and shows
• Run influencer campaigns
• Book sports talent
• Advertise on streams and PPV events
• Launch branded sports media campaigns
• Grow awareness through sports communities

If you understand media, marketing, sports culture, sponsor ships, creator economy trends, or digital advertising — this role gives you an opportunity to build major accounts fast.

• Working inbound business leads generated by MILLIONS marketing
• Running discovery calls with brands and advertisers
• Building sports marketing campaign packages
• Sell influencer campaigns and sponsorship opportunities
• Help businesses activate athletes, creators, and sports communities
• Manage and grow advertiser accounts
• Coordinating with internal campaign/media teams
• Closing recurring advertising and sponsorship deals
• Identifying upsell opportunities across media, creator, and event inventory
• Helping brands go viral through sports content and influencer distribution

This is a relationship-building and consultative sales role — not transactional cold outreach.

You may be a fit if:

• You love sports, media, creators, influencer marketing, or advertising and you have proven success
• You’ve worked in sales, media sales, sponsor ships, SaaS, marketing, or agency environments - and WON
• You understand CPM’s, marketing, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, podcasts, and creator culture
• You’re comfortable on Zoom and presenting ideas to business owners
• You know how to build relationships and close deals
• You move fast and like high-growth environments
• You want upside, ownership, and room to grow
• You have epic work ethic

• $120k OTE: $60,000 Base Salary | $60,000 On-Target Commission
• Uncapped Earnings Potential (Commission Uncapped)
