Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking an Associate Content Program Manager based in Toronto, ON. The Programs Manager is responsible for establishing and executing omni-channel content marketing programs for CTC brands while creating a consistent and optimized customer journey.

Working with channel owners in eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand marketing, print marketing, in-store marketing, and promo programs, this role develops high-performing content with a 'create once, publish everywhere' philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing objectives into results-driven, creative and inspiring omni-channel content that focuses on storytelling for the customer
  • Collaborate with cross functional groups and continuously find innovative ways to incorporate content across channels, ensuring a consistent customer journey
  • Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables while providing stakeholders with project status updates
  • Measure creative results through data, providing insight and presenting reports to executives for larger creative campaigns
  • Execute strategies from conception to market, leveraging all capabilities of the creative and production teams to launch content for all marketing and digital channels (paid and organic)
  • Manage requests from internal clients, evaluate requirements, identify content opportunities, align on all channel requirements, develop internal omni-channel briefs, establish budgets, brief creative and production teams
  • Chair and lead meetings to present creative to internal clients, advocate for creative work, build consensus around next steps, and communicate results post-meeting
  • Collaborate closely with content Producers on project requirements and original video and photography
Requirements
  • University education in business/commerce, marketing, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in account management or creative project management in an agency or other creative teams
  • Experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing with an understanding of paid media, best practices and creative execution
  • Proven track record of success leading small and large creative programs across all media channels
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, PM Tools and Workflow systems
  • Stand-out experience: 3+ years in managing productions, in-house shoots, handling and managing SKUs
Compensation & Benefits

Broadband Salary Range: $64,000 – $106,000 CAD Annual. Typical hiring range: $75,000 – $85,000 CAD per annum.
