Marketing Delivery & Operations Specialist

We’re seeking an execution‑driven Marketing Delivery and Operations Specialist to provide day‑to‑day delivery leadership within the product marketing team. This role works closely with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers from intake through execution, owning timelines, task and approval tracking, and delivery risk. You remain hands‑on throughout execution—monitoring progress, adjusting plans, escalating issues when needed, and driving work to completion in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

The role also includes quality assurance to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate and launch‑ready, along with occasional support on tactical marketing tasks to keep initiatives moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign delivery leadership – Provide embedded delivery leadership alongside program owners, partnering with Product Marketing Specialists and Managers across active campaigns. Participate in intake and planning discussions to pressure‑test scope, dependencies and timelines, ensuring delivery plans are realistic and executable. Remain continuously engaged through execution to ensure agreed plans are carried through to launch.
  • Active, day‑to‑day delivery management – Develop and own detailed workback schedules, task assignments and approval workflows in Asana, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Actively drive progress by following up on tasks, deliverables and approvals to maintain momentum and keep stakeholders informed and accountable. Monitor execution in real‑time, adjusting timelines, sequencing, and dependencies as needed. Identify and escalate delivery risks, delays, or blockers with clear context and recommend actions.
  • Workflow discipline and coordination – Enforce consistent use of established workflows, review steps and governance processes. Participate in and act as central coordination point across internal stakeholder teams including compliance, legal, and product, moving reviews and approvals forward. Proactively resolve bottlenecks and unblock execution while ensuring accountability remains with appropriate owners.
  • Quality assurance and launch readiness – Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns and assets are accurate, complete, and compliant. Conduct website audit reviews to verify content accuracy and confirm that site structure is optimized for usability and content assimilation. Own launch readiness by confirming approvals, assets, and timelines are in place. Ensure the marketing materials content library is kept up to date to enable fast turnaround for updates and accurate materials lists.
  • Delivery visibility and continuous improvement – Own visibility into delivery status, including timelines, approvals, and risks, keeping stakeholders informed. Track delivery performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve process workflows and execution.
