Overview

Curiouscast, Corus Entertainment’s podcast network, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Coordinator, Podcasting to support the execution of podcast advertising campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of podcast advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Ad Operations, Production, Traffic, and external vendors.
  • Set up, track, and manage campaign details including flight dates, creative assets, ad copy, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, flagging issues and working with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reports, and updates in internal systems.
  • Support campaign pacing, optimization, and post-campaign reporting as required.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure campaigns align with network capacity and commitments.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding campaign status, changes, and timelines.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign quality.
Skills & Experience
  • Post-secondary education in Digital Advertising/marketing, Broadcasting, Broadcast Technology or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, podcasting, sales, media coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms or CRM tools.
  • Technical experience and proficiency with top podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Spotify) and hosting platforms.
  • Experience in finance and financial tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
