Vretta is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team. This posting is for an existing vacancy s position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to support marketing initiatives that promote student learning and assessment solutions. As a member of the Marketing and Communications team at Vretta, the Marketing Coordinator should have the enthusiasm and ability to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that engage our audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Support in managing social media channels by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Post‑secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, email marketing platform) is an asset.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
Location

This position will require you to work from our office in Toronto, located at 120 Adelaide Street East.
