We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. Responsibilities
  • Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
  • Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
  • Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
  • Fostering positive client and internal relationships
  • Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
  • Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
  • Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Digital and/or Direct experience is an asset
  • Proven ability to use AI to speed up and improve your day-to-day work, with real examples you can walk us through
  • Experience automating or simplifying repetitive tasks with AI is a strong asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • French is an asset
