Lead the strategy for customer lifecycle marketing at Mejuri in Toronto. Strategically engage customers through data-driven insights and tailored communications. In this role as Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you connect Mejuri's brand with its customers.
You will spearhead a talented team dedicated to transforming one-time buyers into loyal advocates. Focusing on analytics and personalization, you will craft the communication framework that drives brand engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage lifecycle calendar integrating various communication methods
- Build and implement effective segmentation and contact strategies
- Coach and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Ensure all customer touchpoints align with brand standards
- Maintain regular reporting on campaign successes and consumer insights
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing
- Leadership experience of at least 2 years
- Solid background in CRM systems, preferably Klaviyo
- Proficiency in analytics tools like SQL and BI platforms
- Commercial awareness of retention and revenue metrics
