Hybrid Digital Merchandising Specialist

As a pivotal member of Mejuri’s Digital Merchandising team, your focus will be on executing campaign strategies and analyzing site metrics to improve the shopping journey. You will work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to create engaging online experiences that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute defined campaign strategies in collaboration with the Digital Merchandising Manager
• Construct and manage campaign landing pages with product assortments
• Monitor key web performance indicators and suggest improvements
• Apply A/B testing to validate merchandising strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer insights
Requirements:
• 2-4 years' experience in digital merchandising/eCommerce
• Strong analytical background with relevant tools
• Proven track record in campaign-aligned merchandising
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle priorities
