This role sits on the Performance Marketing team. The primary focus of this role is Amazon Search Ads — owning Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Brand Video across our UK, EU5, US, and Canada marketplaces. Over time, supporting the broader performance marketing workload as needed, including DSP, AMC, and retail media platforms. The role also carries a secondary SEO and metadata remit to support PUR’s website.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Sponsored Products (Manual and Auto), Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns across UK, EU5 (DE, IT, FR, ES, NL), US, and CA.
  • Execute and refine bid strategies, including fixed and dynamic bids, top-of-search placement adjustments, and high-interest audience modifiers.
  • Manage daily budgets across portfolios (Core Gum, Jumbo Gum, Mints) and allocate spend to maximize ROAS and New-to-Brand acquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, and ASIN-level targeting refinement on an ongoing basis, and build out campaigns for new markets.
  • Maintain reporting trackers (DSP performance, US POS and Search sales, EU5 week-over-week advertising performance, EU5 listing issue log) and produce the monthly EU5 performance roll-up.
  • Surface insights, flag anomalies, and bring clear recommendations to the manager and key stakeholders.
  • Support Amazon DSP campaign management and AMC reporting as workload requires, and support retail media platforms (Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Walmart 3P) as capacity allows.
  • Monitor and maintain the EU5 listing issue tracker and support on-demand translation QC sessions with EU language partners.
  • Maintain and improve on-site SEO health (metadata, title tags, page descriptions, keyword targeting), monitor organic search performance, and flag opportunities or issues.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities of this position may be modified or expanded as business needs require.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands‑on paid search/performance marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple accounts or clients.
  • Demonstrated Amazon Advertising experience:
    Sponsored Products (Manual & Auto), Sponsored Brands, and/or Sponsored Brand Video.
  • Working understanding of Amazon DSP campaign structure, objectives, and optimization levers.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or channels simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable building and maintaining multi‑tab reporting trackers and dashboards independently.
  • Analytical, organized, and a clear communicator able to present performance data and recommendations simply and directly.
  • Preferred: experience with EU/European Amazon marketplaces; exposure to retail media platforms (Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Albertsons Media Collective, Walmart Connect); AMC familiarity; SEO experience (on‑page optimization, metadata, keyword research, audit tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog); FMCG/CPG or consumer health/wellness brand experience; working knowledge of a European language; familiarity with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central;
    Google Ads and other DSP experience;
  • Comfort with AI platforms for analysis and research, and familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / AI search visibility.
