Your Impact
We’re currently seeking  Paid Social Manager  to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, GALE’S Manager, Paid Social will be responsible for the management and execution of  Paid Social Media Campaigns  across key clients. The Social Media Manager will be the day‑to‑day steward of paid social media for assigned brands and is responsible for leading campaign development, activation, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious with an expansive mind for approaching projects strategically, practically, and zealously.

The Paid Social Manager will demonstrate expertise across all social platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, Snap Chat, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, and others to continuously provide clients with best practices and recommendations for success.

What You Will Be Doing

Main Paid Social point of contact for clients and partner agencies

Responsible for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs

Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines

Oversight of campaign implementation including traffic, QA, and other campaign related social media documents

Ultimate accountability for pacing, bid adjustments, optimizations and managing account budgets

Main point of contact for social platforms (e.g., Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat) and third‑party partners

Liaise with other channel leads, creative, media planning, and account teams

Engage with internal and client social media teams for visibility, insight, and ability to leverage content development, content calendars and scheduled posts

Build strong relationships across client services team and with client

Lead meetings and monthly reporting calls as needed

Assist in providing social media expertise on new business pitches upon request

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in a digital ad agency, with a focus in Paid Social Media campaign management

Complete mastery of social platforms and third‑party tools, including Meta, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and more

Passion for social media and extensive knowledge of emerging media technology and platforms

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation, and analysis

Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client‑centric environment

Strong project and resource management skills

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Experience working with financial data and budgets

High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation

Solid writing skills, for both client‑facing communications and summarizing insights in a concise manner

Strong public speaking, to discuss campaign strategies, tactics, and reports with clients in meetings

Background in federal, public health, non‑profit or healthcare social media campaigns a plus

$60,000 - $80,000 a year

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $60,000 - 80,000 CAD per year.
