Marketing Coordinator

Reporting To:
Program Director, Marketing

Full‑time

Salary Range: $45,913-$61,652

Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Opportunity

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working closely with the Program Director, this role helps deliver strategic marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, support business objectives, and drive engagement across multiple channels.

How you will contribute
  • Support the Senior Social Media Coordinator with execution of social media initiatives across platforms, including Linked In and Instagram.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives on time and within budget, ensuring seamless deployment to market.
  • Coordinate the execution of digital and web initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing processes and best practices for social and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to manage digital and web strategies.
  • Support cross‑functional teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Champion and apply First National brand guidelines, including visual standards, across all client‑facing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Residential and Commercial divisions to create a unified and impactful market presence.
  • Perform other duties as required.
The experience you need
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing communications planning and tactical execution, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Professional, clear, concise, empathetic communication within a team.
  • Adaptability and ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Effective time management, priority setting, and deadline management.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective cross‑functional communication.
  • Creative thinking and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Active listening and interpretation of verbal and non‑verbal cues.
  • Commitment to fostering engagement and positive team culture.
  • Confidence in communicating ideas and presenting to stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the mortgage industry is an asset.
  • B2B marketing experience with sales collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or related field.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
  • Periods of high volume with tight timelines.
  • Long periods of stationary position/sitting.
  • Prolonged repetitive movements (keyboard and mouse).
  • Long periods of viewing a computer screen.
  • Multi‑tasking may include speaking to customers while using a computer.
