Position: Bayview Village Marketing Leadership Role
Drive impactful marketing strategies at Bayview Village with this 12-month contract as a Marketing Director. Focus on community engagement and media enhancement, working on-site.

As the Marketing Director, you will directly report to the Vice President of National Marketing. You will be responsible for the daily marketing management and strategic planning that encompasses traditional and digital formats. It's imperative to establish strong relationships with tenants and community partners while enhancing the Centre's overall perception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing strategy and day-to-day operations

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans across media

• Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis

• Create comprehensive marketing materials for promotions

• Manage community events and sponsor ships effectively

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years’ relevant marketing experience

• Proven ability to lead marketing teams

• Proficient in various social media channels

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
