Bayview Village Marketing Director

Position: Bayview Village Marketing Director Role
Lead marketing initiatives at Bayview Village with Quad Real Property Group. This onsite position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution in a luxury shopping environment.

As Marketing Director, you'll work closely with the Vice President of National Marketing to shape the future of Bayview Village. Your focus will be on managing marketing strategies, engaging the community, and collaborating with tenants. You'll take the lead on budget management, events, and communications to ensure alignment with the center's upscale brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily marketing activities and strategies

• Create and oversee the execution of the annual marketing budget

• Develop promotional materials and oversee social media channels

• Plan and execute community and consumer events

• Write and publish content for newsletters and the website

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of marketing experience

• Team leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms

• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
