As a Developmental Communications Student, you will work at NWMO's Toronto Head Office for four months, supporting social media, corporate communications, and project management.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to vital infrastructure projects while enhancing your skill set in writing and communications planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with corporate communications and media relations activities
• Develop and draft various communications materials
• Maintain the project calendar and assist with timelines via Wrike
• Support communication reporting and tracking metrics
• Collaborate with different teams on communication projects
Requirements:
• Must be a student in a communications or public relations degree program
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized and adept with digital tools
• Social media platform knowledge is a plus
• Full-time availability and meeting security criteria required
