This six-month position focuses on developing and optimizing cross-channel lifecycle marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure effective customer experiences using email and in-app messaging. The ideal candidate has expertise in building scalable automated journeys and utilizes data to drive marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable customer journeys with email and in-app messaging

• Build automated campaigns and lifecycle programs in Marketo

• Collaborate with Rev Ops for data requirements and mapping

• Monitor and optimize lifecycle performance metrics

• Improve campaign workflows and QA processes

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience

• Proficient in Marketo;
Pendo experience is essential

• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing operations workflows

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset focused on lifecycle performance
