Marketing and Community Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update marketing collateral regularly

• Lead tours for families and community groups

• Monitor and manage occupancy targets

• Conduct annual competitive analysis

• Develop partnerships within the community

Requirements:

• Completed high school, with business education preferred

• 2 years experience in a similar role preferred

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license and flexible schedule required
