You will report directly to the Vice President of National Marketing, overseeing the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Bayview Village. Your responsibility includes managing a marketing budget, developing various communications materials, and enhancing tenant relations. Collaboration with community partners and effective social media management are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all marketing activities at Bayview Village

• Implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans

• Manage and oversee the annual marketing budget

• Create and distribute various marketing communication materials

• Organize successful community engagement events

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant marketing leadership experience

• Team leadership experience preferred

• Proficiency in using social media platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
