This 12-month contract role seeks a marketing professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience. Collaborate with prominent partners such as RBC and Petro-Canada to identify new growth strategies and enhance customer experiences. Your analytical insights will drive ongoing improvements in idea testing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategies for registering new Triangle Rewards members
• Design onboarding experiences to welcome new participants
• Analyze customer behaviors to streamline processes
• Work with internal teams to ensure effective execution
• Innovate with emerging tools, including AI solutions
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in marketing or customer experience
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to work across diverse teams
• Innovative thinker open to testing new ideas
• Strong focus on enhancing customer journeys
