Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional hours as required)
Location:
Hybrid – Toronto, ON (3–4 days onsite per week)
Seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Wealth Marketing team in executing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced working with financial services stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved
- Execute go‑to‑market strategies for campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and critical paths while coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Support creative development, media execution, and campaign implementation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high‑quality campaign delivery
- Review creative materials to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements
- Coordinate approvals, French translations, and trafficking of marketing assets
- Prepare executive presentations, campaign updates, and status reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and budget utilization through regular reporting
- Prepare monthly budget reports, forecasts, and financial tracking for Finance
- Monitor marketing spend and support ongoing budget forecasting activities
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or go‑to‑market execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or supporting financial stakeholders
- Experience reporting on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing results
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Experience working within a marketing or advertising agency
- Knowledge of online brokerage or self‑directed investing products
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting
- Data analysis experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management abilities
- High level of accountability and ownership
