As the Director for Growth Marketing, you will have a pivotal role in shaping integrated demand generation strategies s senior position involves collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to effectively execute B2B campaigns across digital channels. You’ll apply data-driven insights while leveraging tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to fine-tune operations to meet pipeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own pipeline generation targets for campaigns and demos
• Design campaigns across paid search, social, email, and events
• A/B test campaign formats and messaging for effectiveness
• Manage day-to-day marketing tech stack and data hygiene
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and messaging
Requirements:
• 7+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
• Enterprise SaaS experience with complex sales cycles
• Proven ability to personally drive significant pipeline
• Hands-on with Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics
• Strong data instincts for actionable insights
