Take the lead as the Director of Marketing for Volaris’ Education & Cultural Industries portfolio. This strategic role focuses on M&A marketing, brand positioning, and internal communications.

In this senior-level position, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with acquisition goals for VE&CI. Tasks include developing narratives that resonate with mission-driven businesses and enhancing portfolio brand identity across all channels. You will also support M&A processes and build marketing systems to drive operational success and establish a cohesive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience

• Strong understanding of education and cultural sectors

• Proven track record in M&A-related marketing

• Experience building digital marketing infrastructure
