Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client briefs and develop tailored strategies

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to define business goals

• Lead client workshops to refine proposed strategies

• Establish KPI frameworks for performance evaluation

• Explore and analyze customer data to generate insights

Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of experience in strategy development

• Proven background in Email Marketing and CRM

• Familiar with analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Prior agency experience is a plus
