Marketing Programs Senior Manager at Osler

Take charge of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's marketing strategies as a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs. Drive multi-channel campaigns and oversee event strategies in a hybrid work model.

This role reports to the Chief, Marketing and Communications Officer and is part of Osler’s Client Development and Marketing leadership team. You will drive integrated marketing, sponsor ships, and events that enhance brand visibility and advance the firm’s objectives. Your leadership will guide a team fostering collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across web, social, and video

• Shape marketing for flagship thought leadership reports

• Activate sponsor ships and market opportunities strategically

• Provide direction for in-person and virtual client events

• Collaborate with analytics to optimize marketing performance

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing or communications

• Minimum ten years of B2B marketing experience

• Five years in leadership roles

• Strong background in law firms or professional services

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
