Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional committees to align plans and tactics supporting digital adoption, engagement, and new feature launches.
Coordinate with other marketing teams to align messaging, positioning, and overall strategy.
Manage the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns and client communications (email, SMS, direct mail) for the different brands and segments.
Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, gathering relevant insights for each project.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams (database, operations, IT, web environments, brand, legal, etc.), the external agency, and other suppliers, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are respected.
Validate proofs to ensure flawless delivery without mistakes.
Drive creativity while ensuring compliance with brand creative guidelines.
Assess campaign performance to make recommendations for optimization, driving innovation and out performance.
Participate in forums and discussions, making recommendations and sharing updates with stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
5‑7 years of experience in email marketing, relationship/lifecycle marketing, or other marketing fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, results‑oriented skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
Sense of organization and priority management.
Adaptability to change.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail.
Proactive, dynamic, and creative spirit.
Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
No Canadian work experience required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required to interact with English‑speaking colleagues across the country.
Benefits Salary range: 87,200 – 106,600. Annual bonus target: 10% of base salary, with potential payout of up to double the target based on performance. Share plan & other savings: up to 12% of salary, including guaranteed income for life. Pension offering provides guaranteed income for life via a defined benefit plan. Flexible work arrangements and hybrid model. Possibility to purchase up to five extra days off per year.
