Technical Project Manager

Job Overview  Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager who will manage the full workflow for new business pitches—from initial prospecting to final presentation—ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate will partner with the Growth team to coordinate pitch requirements, align stakeholders, and maintain clear processes and communication throughout each project. Beyond new business, you will also contribute to agency marketing initiatives, event execution, and the submission of award‑winning case studies for top global competitions.
Responsibilities   Implement established processes for incoming business opportunities, including resource planning and timeline management.
Set up and maintain governance systems (Teams channels, templates, workflow structures).
Coordinate cross‑office teams, including meetings, follow‑ups, and deadline management.
Develop and write tender responses and related documentation in partnership with the Growth team.
Build and refine agency pitch presentations, including writing, design, and editing.
Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to business development.
Analyze data and elevate insights or project risks to relevant stakeholders.
Lead the creation, writing, and submission of award cases for local, national, and global competitions.
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on brand, communications, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience   8+ years of project management experience.
Background in a media agency environment.
Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience leading events, awards, or brand experience projects.

Experience with media agency RFIs/RFPs/pitches is an asset.
Bonus: familiarity with procurement platforms such as MERX, Ariba, or Coupa Salt.
