As a Content Coordinator, you will work closely with the Content Strategist, designers, and the Founder to streamline workflows across various client accounts. Your responsibilities include supporting on-site shoots in the Greater Toronto Area and ensuring all produced content reaches the intended audience perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain monthly content calendars for all client accounts

• Collaborate with the team on content execution and support

• Attend on-site content shoots and manage logistics

• Organize and upload assets into client folders

• Schedule and publish content on various platforms

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in marketing or content roles

• Strong storytelling and organizational skills

• Comfortable being a client point of contact

• Basic graphic design skills in Canva

• Availability for on-site shoots in the GTA
