As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of a strategic 18-month plan for Nestlé Professional Solutions. You will oversee marketing expenses, analyze brand and competitor performance, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while overseeing communication plans and pricing operations. Your ability to leverage data effectively will provide valuable insights into consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze brand performance using market share and profitability metrics
• Manage Product Fixed Marketing Expenses and budget tracking
• Support customer communication plans aligned with brand strategy
• Conduct Pre-Post PFME Evaluations for business impact
• Maintain accurate stock levels for product codes
Requirements:
• 18–24 months in consumer-packaged goods marketing
• Proficiency in marketing and data analysis
• Understanding of the 4 Ps of marketing
• Proven leadership in team settings
• Strong initiative and adaptability
