This full-time internship blends hybrid work with hands-on experience in planning impactful events and managing vendor relations. You will navigate various responsibilities, supporting team creativity and ensuring successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to creative brainstorming for client projects

• Assist with planning and execution of events in Canada

• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use

• Research vendor options and promotional products

• Develop pre and post-event reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Open mindset with a willingness to take on challenges

• Self-starter capable of working autonomously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with project management fundamentals

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media channels
