Reporting to the CMO, you will provide leadership in project portfolio management and process improvement, ensuring that strategic priorities are met. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team in delivering innovative marketing solutions while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the CPCE project portfolio
• Maintain tools for tracking project progress and effectiveness
• Develop the annual workplan in line with TPL strategy
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in marketing processes
• Enhance marketing operations through data-driven strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Over 7 years of leadership experience, preferably public sector
• Knowledge of project management software, PMP certification a plus
• Experience in process improvement and change management
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
