Influencer Marketing Specialist (Micro/T1)

Hume Health is a fast-growing health and wellness wearable brand scaling across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, and influencer marketing is one of our biggest growth engines. We're looking for someone with a sales background and real drive who wants to own a growing program and build a career in marketing — we'll teach you the rest.

This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who's sharp, competitive, and organized. You'll run our micro and tier-1 Instagram creator program end to end: keeping a large creator roster moving, owning the program's budget and results, building relationships that keep creators coming back, and making sure quality stays high — working closely with our senior influencer team to keep everything on track.

What

you’ll do
  • Own the micro/tier-1 Instagram creator program and the results it delivers
  • Keep a large and growing roster organized and on schedule: track where every creator is in the content and campaign lifecycle, and make sure deadlines are hit
  • Own the budget for your roster — track spend, stay within targets, and make sure dollars are allocated where they perform
  • Oversee content quality and approvals to keep everything on-brand and high-performing
  • Spot your strongest creators and flag renewal and growth opportunities to the team
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships that keep creators engaged and coming back
  • Track performance and continuously raise the bar on content quality and ROI
What we’re looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, influencer marketing or a similarly fast‑paced, organized role
  • Highly organized — you keep a lot of moving pieces on track without dropping balls
  • Comfortable owning a budget and keeping spend on target
  • A sharp eye for content: you can tell what's working, what isn't, and how to keep quality high
  • Clear, confident communicator who's comfortable giving direction and feedback
  • Hungry, coachable, and motivated to grow quickly with a high‑velocity team
  • Bonus: a sales or business development background, experience creating or managing social content, hands‑on familiarity with Instagram and the creator economy
  • A high‑growth brand with serious momentum and real budget behind influencer marketing
  • We're a small, fast‑growing team — there's plenty of room to make the role your own, take on more, and move up into a Manager role as the channel and team scale
