Reporting to the Head, Strategy & Planning, and working in close support of the CMO, Personal Banking, this individual plays a key role across two interconnected pillars: leading the intelligence‑gathering and narrative that drives Marketing’s Quarterly Business Reviews with the Group Head, Personal Banking; and maintaining a sharp, always‑current view of the competitive landscape.
What You’ll Do Lead Quarterly Business Reviews- Own the end‑to‑end process of bringing together Marketing’s Quarterly Business Review (Q ). From corralling stakeholder inputs, data and performance metrics across multiple teams to building the presentation that goes in front of the Group Head, Personal Banking (PB).

- Build and maintain a living view of the competitive landscape across brand and business.
- From brand tracking results to media spend trends to business performance metrics, develop analytical instincts to surface what matters.

- As the role evolves, take on additional strategic priorities in support of PB Marketing with an elevated understanding of how marketing creates value across product portfolios, channels and client segments.
