Position: E-Commerce Lead at H&M
Drive e-commerce success with H&M as an E-Commerce Lead based in Toronto. Focus on optimizing product exposure, internal search management, and executing promotional strategies effectively.

In this on-site position, you will oversee product exposure analysis and enhance search rankings to ensure optimal digital performance. Collaborating with the Commercial Manager, you'll align marketing content with strategies that boost site merchandising and enhance the customer experience.

Your role is essential in executing daily operations and adapting to eCommerce trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and execute product exposure strategies

• Publish content on the website and app as per marketing plans

• Optimize internal search features and ease of navigation

• Collaborate with Commercial Managers on customer group plans

• Support seamless digital shopping journeys across customer segments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, preferably fashion retail

• Strong knowledge of online merchandising and UX principles

• Proficient in eCommerce tools and platforms

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
