Elevate client relationships as an Account Supervisor at DEPT® in Toronto, with a hybrid work model. Manage integrated campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high creative standards.

This role within the Global Studios team involves leading diverse campaigns and collaboration with Designers, Copywriters, and Developers. You will represent DEPT® to clients, drive account management, and facilitate creative processes while maintaining agency profitability and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review client briefs effectively

• Ensure campaign deadlines are met across teams

• Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations

• Translate client feedback to creative teams clearly

• Provide strategic direction for ambiguous requests

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Services, preferably as Account Supervisor

• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing communications

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Strong organizational skills and project management

• Ability to navigate unstructured client requests
