The  Manager, Paid Social Media  will be responsible for managing and growing our paid social media strategy. You’ll own back‑end support and campaign performance for platforms like Meta, Tiktok, Reddit, etc., while optimizing paid campaigns to achieve outlined business goals. We’re looking for a passionate paid social media marketer who desires a high‑impact role with real ownership and visibility - you’ll be responsible for communicating performance metrics to our creative teams on a regular basis to ensure our creative strategies are effective.

In this role you will:

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.

Own campaign performance end-to-end, from audience targeting and creative briefing to budget management

Analyze campaign data daily, identify trends and optimize campaigns towards ROAS, CAC, and revenue goals

Partner with our creative team to brief and test ad creative, including static, video, and UGC formats

Act as a liaison between our brand and Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Reddit support teams to identify new opportunities and stay on top of platform updates

Manage monthly paid social budgets and report on performance to key stakeholders

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid social with seasonal campaigns, promotional cycles, and product launches

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

University Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

3-5 years of hand‑on paid social experience, ideally in e-commerce or DTC retail

Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and hitting performance targets

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager;
Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Reddit

Strong analytical, technical, communication, presentation, and relationship building skills

Solid understanding of the e‑commerce funnel, pixel tracking, and attribution models

Ability to brief creative effectively and give actionable feedback

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in Excel and building dashboards and working with Power BI

Additional information
This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $80,000.00- $90,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
