As the Marketing Coordinator for Digital, you will report to the Senior Manager, overseeing daily orders from Canadian and US e-stores and ensuring accurate fulfillment through Shopify. Strong SEO skills and attention to detail are essential as you improve website performance and manage customer inquiries related to orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with logistics to track and trace e-store orders
• Monitor inventory levels for timely deliveries
• Reconcile issues with damaged or undelivered orders
• Assist in generating customer statements and deposits
• Implement SEO strategies and content updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
• Experience with Shopify or Magento e-commerce systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in web analytics and content management systems
• Organized and detail-oriented to thrive in fast-paced environments
