As a Co-op Coordinator at TTI, located in Toronto, you will play an integral role in managing marketing strategies and events for talent acquisition. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with experience in graphic design tools like Canva. You will contribute to enhancing TTI's diverse and inclusive workplace through effective recruitment marketing and campus partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment marketing across various platforms
• Assist with Talent Acquisition technology and administrative tasks
• Coordinate events and manage marketing collateral design
• Facilitate campus partnerships and outreach activities
• Prepare monthly dashboard reports working with the TA team
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Experience with Canva for design work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
