WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic and agile, multi-market Retail Brand Strategist to act as the ultimate cross-functional "dot connector" bridging global brand strategy with localized, traffic-driving execution across 20+ international stores.
The Senior Manager, Brand Retail Experience – Free Standing Stores Global, will operate as a high-level relationship builder rather than a tactical executor, representing channel needs in brand gates and elevating the in-store consumer experience during major campaigns or product launches, and more.

Must-haves include 7+ years of retail marketing or brand management experience with a proven track record of adapting strategies across multiple countries or continents, along with documented experience in the strategic retail environment. You must also possess 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and communicating effectively across all stakeholder levels to seamlessly drive results through cross-functional partners.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000 to $115,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Global Retail Experience & Strategy
  • Global Strategy Scaling & Visual Governance: Scale the global brand retail experience strategy across the Free-Standing Store (FSS) portfolio, overseeing 365 and seasonal product priorities, experiential marketing, visual merchandising principles, and product presentation standards.
  • Brand Advocacy & Guideline Compliance: Serve as the ultimate champion for the brand across the entire organization, ensuring the international FSS channel strictly adheres to all established aesthetic and brand guidelines.
  • Go-To-Market Channel Representation: Act as the dedicated FSS representative in all relevant Brand GTM milestones, enrolling global and regional partners in activation plans while collaborating on amplification and execution deliverables.
  • Strategic Ideation & Commercial Planning: Drive the overarching sales and marketing strategy, concept ideation, and operational planning for the brick-and-mortar channel to maximize traffic and brand visibility.
  • Global Retail Calendarization & Integration: Own the calendarization, strategic mapping, and seamless integration of all global brand campaigns, local activations, and in-store eventing moments into a unified retail calendar.
  • Budgetary & Creative Asset Management: Lead the FSS sales and marketing budget, managing cross-functional asset requests, local signage needs, and delivery timelines to execute creative campaigns flawlessly.
  • Toolkit Delivery & Market Consistency: Oversee the development and distribution of global directives and toolkits to enable perfect store execution across both company-led and affiliate-led international markets.
  • Cross-Functional & New Store Launches: Partner tightly with global brand, creative, and experience teams to adapt strategic priorities, while directly supporting regional commercial leaders with high-impact new store opening activations.
