As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will report directly to the CMO. Your mission is to enhance customer engagements for CoLab’s top 100 accounts, shifting from isolated team usage to enterprise-level adoption. You will define strategies, create targeted marketing plans, and influence senior stakeholders to drive high-quality pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own pipeline creation across major accounts and prospects

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies from the ground up

• Collaborate with Sales for strategic account planning

• Create tailored campaigns targeting senior stakeholders

• Oversee integrated marketing plays across multiple channels

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with ABM focus

• Proven pipeline development experience with enterprise accounts

• Strong commercial judgment with revenue leaders

• Effective cross-functional leadership skills

• Capable of independently initiating marketing motions
