Corporate Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end planning, production, and delivery of virtual events and webinars
• Serve as producer and project manager for webinar series, partner‑led virtual events, and customer‑facing online experiences
• Build sponsorship packages for virtual programs and manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event themes, content, and messaging to business outcomes
• Drive registration, attendance, and audience engagement through strategic planning and thoughtful digital experience design
• Manage all virtual event platforms and tools (e.g., Teams Live, Goto Webinar, Cisco Webex)
• Develop and manage event budgets, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Create event briefing materials and lead internal pre‑event meetings to ensure all contributors are prepared for seamless execution

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital event production, or webinar management
• Skilled at managing both large‑scale virtual events and smaller webinar programs
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Holds a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Is an exceptional communicator, including strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to guide cross‑functional teams toward a common mission
