At Maps People, we are entering an exciting new chapter of Artificial Intelligence driven growth. Our platform helps some of the world's leading organizations transform buildings into intelligent, connected spaces through indoor mapping, spatial intelligence, and navigation. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation to own and scale our demand generation engine. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and optimizing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.

The Role

As our Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our demand generation engine across the entire customer acquisition funnel.

You will be responsible for creating measurable pipeline growth by combining paid media, organic marketing, website optimization, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence powered automation.

This is a builder role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing rather than managing large teams. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Leadership to design campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.

From planning campaigns and optimizing conversion rates to building scalable Artificial Intelligence powered marketing workflows, your work will have a direct impact on brand awareness, pipeline generation, and business growth.

What You Will Do

Own Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.
  • Build repeatable programs that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage campaign performance from first impression through qualified opportunities.

Drive Paid Acquisition

  • Own paid campaigns across Linked In, Google Ads, and other relevant Business to Business platforms.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and conversion performance.
  • Manage budgets and maximize return on advertising spend.

Grow Organic Marketing

  • Develop content strategies that increase brand awareness and inbound demand.
  • Grow Maps People's presence across Linked In and other relevant social platforms.
  • Support executive and employee thought leadership initiatives.

Website, Search Engine Optimization, and Conversion

  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
  • Improve on‑page Search Engine Optimization and collaborate on content strategy.
  • Continuously test and improve website conversion rates.

Marketing Analytics

  • Own campaign reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance across the entire funnel.
  • Track key metrics including traffic, conversions, marketing qualified leads, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.

Build with Artificial Intelligence

  • Design Artificial Intelligence powered workflows that improve campaign execution and productivity.
  • Automate content creation, enrichment, reporting, and marketing operations using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
  • Continuously identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can increase speed, quality, and scale.
What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone who enjoys building rather than managing and who takes ownership of results.

  • Four to seven years of experience in Business to Business Software as a Service demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven success generating qualified pipeline through digital marketing.
  • Expert‑level hands‑on experience managing Linked In Ads and other Business to Business paid social platforms.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience growing organic social presence for both brands and executives.
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization, conversion rate optimization, and landing page best practices.
  • Experience building campaigns and reporting in Hub Spot.
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to independently create campaign assets.
