Osler is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Client Development and Marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work with senior marketing professionals across the department to provide hands‑on support on a wide range of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

You will manage multiple moving parts – from coordinating print production and updating project‑management workflows to making website updates – while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders, senior marketing and business development team members, lawyers, and administrative staff.

Major Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project timelines for marketing campaigns, programs, and thought leadership initiatives using
  • Act as the administrator of , ensuring data accuracy and recommending workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, videographers, etc.) to deliver high‑quality assets on time and within brand standards.
  • Oversee production logistics, including sourcing quotes, tracking deliverables, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
  • Execute website updates in Word Press, including publishing and maintaining bilingual content in collaboration with translation teams.
  • Manage the marketing team inbox by triaging requests, completing quick tasks, and directing complex items to appropriate team members.
  • Track marketing expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate budget records.
  • Provide administrative and project support to senior marketing team members, including scheduling, preparing materials, and attending meetings as needed.
Position Requirements

Education and Experience

A university or college diploma (preferably in marketing or communications), plus a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing role within a professional services environment. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, production, or project management (B2B/professional services preferred).
  • Experience with project‑management tools ( preferred; Asana/Wrike acceptable).
  • Basic knowledge of print production and/or graphic design principles is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Word Press or similar CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Pro).
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; able to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and elevate when needed.
  • Proactive, service‑oriented, adaptable, and willing to support both strategic and administrative tasks.

We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Compensation

The range of expected compensation for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job‑related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
